Myflyvo.com is an online travel website which facilitates and entertains booking of flight tickets from USA to India and related queries prior to the bookings. The customers are requested to go through the Terms and Conditions with utmost caution, once, before availing any of our services

Name Changes

Absolutely no name changes are permitted.

 Price

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued

Fare for booked itinerary is not confirmed until it’s Ticketed. Sometimes the airline revises the fare, in that case you have the right to cancel the booking which is not ticketed yet or you can pay the additional amount. If the fare decreases, there is not an option of reverting back the fare difference from the airline.

Travel Documents

We Request our traveler to check all the necessary documents required for international travel with respective embassy or airline, Myflyvo will not be liable if you are denied boarding at the origin airport or at transit airport or at entry to destination airport for your inability to carry or provide correct, valid documents such as Passport, Visa or any other required document.

Baggage Allowance

Every airline has different baggage allowance for different routes, kindly check the baggage allowance carefully on your ticket. In case you need extra baggage, travelers need to pay extra as per airline extra baggage policy.

Myflyvo takes no responsibility concerning any loss or damage to your personal belongings, during the transit. The airline is liable to you for your baggage under certain terms and conditions. Thus, any problem regarding the luggage should be sorted out with the airlines itself. It is also recommended that you have all your belongings covered under insurance.

E- Tickets

E-ticket will be sent to customers by Email within 24 hours . Once a ticket is received, Customer has to check whether all the details are correct or not. If there is any discrepancy it’s customer duty to let Myflyvo agent know within 24 hours of the ticket booking.

If you have purchased your travel product on our website and have not received your E tickets or other product within 24 hours, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Myflyvo regarding this.

Itinerary Reconfirmation

You are responsible to review and reconfirm the itinerary details (including passenger name, travel dates, departure point, arrival destination, travel class, flight number, airline number, scheduled departure time, meal type, etc.) for the itinerary that you have booked on our website

If you find any difference in the details which you have provided during the booking, do contact us within 2-3 hours of the booking being completed. In case of your failure to review and reconfirm the details within the stipulated time, the eBooking and eTicket resulting therefrom will be considered acceptable to you, without any liability on our part .

Flight Schedule Change

Airlines may revise the flight timings anytime. We request our passenger to confirm your flight timings before 24 hrs departure of your flight with Myflyvo agent.

Also, the airline has the sole authority to decide upon refund, waiver, changes in case of cancellation of flights due to weather or any other such issue.

Moreover, in the above scenario email intimidation would be considered final communication if we fail to reach you on other mediums.

If your flight timings reschedule within 4 hours before your departure, better to contact the airline authority as Myflyvo has no responsibility in this case. Usually, airlines grant a waiver or refund or alternative options as per availability.

If a connecting flight is canceled at a transit point or Passenger missed the connecting flight due to any reason, Myflyvo is not responsible for any refund. Be advised to Contact the airline Directly.

Waiver or refund against involuntary flight schedule change is governed by airlines policy , MYFLYVO has no role in it .

No Show

The airline will consider you a No-show if you do not cancel the tickets at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your first flight segment and do not utilize the tickets.

If you are not able to catch the flight due to various reasons like reaching late, inclement weather, bad traffic, traffic accidents, long queues at the airport for check-in, security or immigration, delay due to the unavailability of wheelchair assistance, personal emergencies, illness, or any such issue your ticket will become No-Show.

Failure to check-in on time, by default, results in canceling the return flight too.  No-show tickets are non-reusable and non-refundable. No Show ticket holds no value.

Airline may accommodate you on an alternate flight based on the availability only if you were not able to board due to conditions and decisions caused by the airline such as cancellation of flights, overbooking, or delay in the scheduled arrival of an incoming flight booked in the same ticket.

Partially utilized Ticket

Partially utilized Tickets are Totally Non -Refundable.

Chargeback and Credit card Disputes

Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Myflyvo is committed to deliver customer satisfaction every time you deal with us and so if you have any kind problem or dispute related to our product or service, we will try to look into them at the earliest.

By accepting the above conditions, you agree not to dispute any kind of amount which was agreed upon at the time of Confirmation Email sent to you.

Even if you have any issue related to your ticket amount, you can contact Myflyvo agent directly or email us on Info@myflyvo.com . As the customer is always first for us, we will try our best to resolve your concerns.

If your card gets charged twice due to technical error, don’t worry about bringing it to our notice rather than raising a dispute of the amount. The additional amount charged will be credited to your account.

Also, if you claim chargeback on Non-Refundable ticket or Service fee or cancellation fee or date change penalty or fare difference of your ticket that has been billed on your card as per airline terms and policies, then the cardholder is required to pay the entire amount and 500 USD in addition in Legal proceedings.

Should any legal dispute arise concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions or should any legal dispute arise because of your use of this website, we will select the applicable legal jurisdiction and venue in our sole discretion. 

Our “Confidentiality” Policy

By booking with us, customers must ensure not to share E- tickets or reservation details or any other information with Third party. They can misuse the same like dummy bookings, they can cancel it as well. Myflyvo will not be held responsible for this act .

Price Match Guarantee

Once you book with us, we want you to be confident that you have found a great deal.

So that’s why if you find a lower fare (Inclusive of taxes and fees) for the same flight, same route on other big OTA site’s within 12 hours of booking, we will either match it or beat it. Also you can cancel the booking with us. That’s MYFLYVO PMG (PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE).
